Episode 34

Episode 34 is here! The technical problems still have not been fixed, but I found a work-around that will allow us to move forward. The fund raiser is coming, but I have postponed it in light of the recent events from Hurricane Sandy. This week, we welcomed friend of the show Bryan Clark back for more discussion. We talked about modernist classical composer Elliott Carter, the original country superstars The Carter Family, British storyteller Martin Carthy, samba pioneer Cartola, and opera legend Enrico Caruso.
